The splendid, detached house "Villa Vintage" is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the Westerschouwen forestry. The wide beaches, the extensive dune landscape, and the cozy restaurants are all within walking distance. In the large garden of 2000 m2, you can enjoy the long summer evenings after a day at the beach.
The house has been newly furnished in a vintage style and equipped with every comfort. In the seating area, you have a cozy fireplace. The house offers you free Wi-Fi and digital TV with many German channels. Behind the sliding door is the large garden with a terrace and a large lawn where the children can play wonderfully. Of course, there is a grill.
The new, open kitchen (2021), next to the seating area for 6 people, is generously equipped, including an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, and a microwave. In the spacious utility room, there is a washing machine among other things.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and has its own, new bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has two box-spring single beds and a sink. Both bedrooms have ample closets. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
Up the stairs (with a stair gate) in the living room, you reach the large mezzanine with a seating area and television. An ideal place for children. The two bedrooms on the first floor each have a single bed and a chest of drawers. There is also a shower and a separate toilet with a sink.
The house is centrally heated. You can park on the property (2 cars). In the large garage, you can store your bicycles, for example. For your daily shopping, there is a supermarket within walking distance that is open during the season.
"Villa Vintage" is the ideal location for a holiday by the sea.

The holiday home is located a 10-minute walk from the wonderful beach in Zeeland. The beautiful forest and nature area "De Boswachterij" is just a stone's throw away, as are the cozy restaurants in Westenschouwen (50 m).
