The holiday home (approx. 150 sqm) was tastefully renovated and furnished in spring 2019. On the ground floor, there is a combined living-dining room with a seating area, exit to the terrace and garden. WIFI and TV are available. The open-plan kitchen, which adjoins the living and dining area, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo + regular coffee machine. A washing machine is available. 1 bedroom with a French double bed, 1 bathroom with toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, there is 1 bedroom with a French double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. The garden (approx. 550 sqm) is partly laid to lawn, with flowers and trees. Garden furniture and a grill are at your disposal. Parking is available on the property.

A fantastic location opposite the bay of Ile de Sieck with a view of the port of Moguériec, right by the sea and beach. Other beaches are easily reachable on foot. A surf school and restaurants are very close by. Discover the diverse coastal landscape on a trip to Roscoff or Ile de Batz.

A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail).
The decisive factor for the cancellation date is the receipt of the cancellation notice by us.
Cancellation notices are accepted by the holiday home agent on behalf of the homeowner.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following flat-rate cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant:
Up to 90 days before the rental start: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the rental start: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the rental start: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the rental start: 80% of the total price.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the rental start, 90% of the total price must be paid, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the stated conditions.
If changes are made to the rental property or rental period after booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.
