Cancellation policy

You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Holiday destination

In the spacious green garden of 1300 sqm, there is a private pool, a dining table in the shade, and a charcoal grill. In a fenced green area near the house lives a small, friendly and peaceful pony, a real delight for the children. In the courtyard of the villa there is a large parking lot in the shade under a tree. But from the nearest beach only 5 minutes away, and from Poreč, only 10 minutes by car through the picturesque streets of the Istrian peninsula.
