Although the entire coast of Eiperos is uniquely beautiful, Ammoudia is truly something very special. This wonderful bay, the river that flows into the sea, the people, with their friendly and helpful manner, who do not have dollar signs in their eyes when they greet you and do so again tomorrow and the day after too. If you walk through the village twice you will be greeted warmly. Many people here speak German, which makes it easy for holidaymakers who aren't fond of communicating in foreign languages to manage here. The connection to Corfu Preveza and even the highway to Thessaloniki provide us and our guests a quick arrival.

We have decided for this property, or rather we built exactly here, because we are familiar with Greece from the border to Turkey to the Peloponnese, from the Albanian border to Attiki and almost all the islands. Here you can still see "the real Greece". It often seems to us that the time has stopped here. It's still the same as it was 30 years ago. No coastline cluttered with hotels, so that this part of Greece between the Albanian border down to Messolongi can still be seen as old Odysseus saw it.

We are Heidi Lorenz and Uwe Deist. Having grown up in Germany, and managed a company there we did not want to take the plunge into the unknown like many other emigrants have done. We love Greece and have learned the language almost perfectly, and then using our own saved resources, we built this charming property. Since we speak the language, we can show our guests a Greece beyond the tourist stalls. We can cater to all your wishes and offer you more than just a holiday. This is probably why we received the 'Landlord of the Year' award in 2012. However, we are not resting on our laurels, but are constantly looking for new attractions, on shore, at sea and even under water, so that even our regular guests, who have already visited our facility often, do not get bored. Although we built two of the three houses only a few years ago, improvements are always being made to the house and the gardens to make you feel at home as a guest.
