This 4-bedroom villa in Languedoc-Roussillon has a private terrace to relax outdoors in the fresh air. The private swimming pool invites you to swim a few laps on hotter days. It is ideal for a group of 9 or families with children. The house has an amazing outdoors with teak loungers, several additional seats with accompanying wooden garden furniture make the enclosed and well-tended garden very pleasant. There are many lovely villages nearby such as Uzes, Anduze, and Lussan. You can explore the historic cities such as Nimes and Avignon and Montpellier in a day trip. There's more to enjoy with the beach of Le Grau du Roi a short drive away. Ardèche at 20 km has exciting water sports possibilities. Supermarket and town center are at 500 m.
