Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge 30% of the booking price; up to 10 days prior to arrival 50% of the booking price; 9-1 days prior to arrival 100% of the booking price.
In case of a no-show or early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount for the entire period booked.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.

You will spend your holiday on a farm with dairy cattle. Our spacious farmyard gives children the opportunity to experience country life on a farm and play in the surrounding nature. Our apartment offers you a view of South Tyrol's magnificent mountain range as well as an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation. The mountains and lakes in the area invite visitors to partake in numerous activities. The cultural environment of the Upper Vinschgau is also worth exploring. Mals has a train station which is a short 5-minute walk away.
Holiday destination
Our apartment is situated on the outskirts of the Italian comune Mals. With a short 5-minute walk to the train station and bordering on the Vinschger Cycle Route, it is the perfect base for a wide variety of activities. From here you can see Glurns, a local attraction in the immediate vicinity.
At the same time, your holiday destination is a tranquil oasis with a magnificent view of the Vinschgau and its mountain range. And there's plenty of space for the kids to have fun and play outside in natural surroundings.
Getting there
Take the Reschen Pass, then the state road to Mals. In Mals, follow the road towards Glurns. Before you reach the end of the village, turn into the last driveway on the right. You have reached our farm.

Host informationWelcome at our ecological farm in Mals in the holiday region Obervinschgau (Upper Vinschgau). Our farm with the new apartment is located just outside Mals, directly at the Vinschger Cycle Route. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as you take in the incredible mountain range of the Vinschgau. The farm is also an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities. Our apartment was built from wood and other natural construction materials that ensure a warm, comfortable living climate.
We, the Punter family, also look forward to meet our little guests, who can play and frolic around outside in nature.

Wir waren dort mit einem Kleinkind. Es ist einfach herrlich dort. Tolle Wohnung, mega Ausblick, schöner Hof, nette und unkomplizierte Leute!
Es gibt Kühe, Hühner, Hasen und Katzen, einen Spielplatz sowie Aufenthaltsraum. Auch für große Kinder gibt es Angebote (Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Trampolin).
Milch und Eier kriegt man vom Bauern und Brötchen kann man täglich frisch bestellen. Echt lecker!
Der Radweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Super für Radtouren. Fahrräder kann man sicher in der Garage abstellen.
Wandern kann man dort auch toll. Grundsätzlich ist es eine schöne Gegend mit viel Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten.
In Mals gibt es auch ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
