If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Comments

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. From year 2021, in July and August the changeover day is on Saturday. You will find the basic services like some restaurants and shops. You will have to go to Can Picafort for anything else. The nearby beach presents rocks, coarse-grained sand and shallow crystalline waters, with a great family atmosphere. You can visit other near beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
