The holiday apartment was completely renovated in spring 2016. Only selected and high-quality materials were used for the renovation. Each room has its own air conditioning. A garden with olive trees also belongs to the holiday apartment.
The house is located in the heart of the Golfo dei Poeti, above the beaches of Fiascherino near Tellaro. These can be reached via a footpath in less than 5 minutes. A few minutes by bus takes you to Lerici. From there, there are good boat connections to La Spezia, Portovenere, and the Cinque Terre.

The holiday apartment also includes an olive grove below the house. The location of the house is very quiet. Numerous wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. There is a swimming pool at the hotel on the beach (entrance fee required). In Fiascherino (5 minutes by foot), there are two small beaches. The sea is very beautiful.
By car: Take the highway to Sarzana, then towards Tellaro until Fiascherino.
By train: Sarzana or La Spezia train station, then by bus to Fiascherino.
By plane: Pisa, Florence, or Genoa airport, and then by train or rental car.

-less than 90 days before the rental start: 100% of the rental price
