1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees must be paid: In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen, and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Holiday destination

This unique holiday home, built in 2019, is located on the edge of the village Den Hoorn, with a view of the dunes. Next to meadows with sheep, chickens, and other animals. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bicycle rental can be found in the village center. It's only 600 meters to the lookout dune Loodsmansduin (+ 16 m NAP), where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the south of Texel. The vast North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks in the nature reserves De Geul, De Bollekamer, and De Hors. The estate De Bonte Belevenis is located 1 kilometer away.
