In the quaint village of Barbat, next to the city of Rab, you'll find the cozy holiday apartment Marica. Look forward to 60m² of pure vacation featuring 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment boasts a balcony and terrace with sea views. Our house is just 40 meters from the sandy beach.
In our house, next to this apartment, there is a smaller one on the floor above with 1 bedroom.
Both apartments can be offered as a single unit for larger families of up to 8 people.
Both apartments also come with air conditioning, WiFi connection, and private parking for up to 3 cars.
Park your car and walk to the beach or the promenade, which are just 50 meters from the house. Our private boat mooring is available to our guests not far from the house.

Take a walk or cycle to the Old Town of Rab (just about 3 km away).
Shops, restaurants, bars are only 200-300 meters from the house.
From the Adriatic coast (place Stinica), a car ferry to the island of Rab departs several times a day (every 30 minutes) and the journey takes only 15 minutes. Once on the island of Rab, our house is located in the first town, Barbat, at the address Barbat 79.
