After booking you will receive a booking confirmation and a request to pay 25% of the rental price. 4 weeks before arrival you will be asked to pay the balance and the deposit. If the booking is cancelled at least 1 month before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 25% of the rental price. After that 100% of the travel costs will be charged. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

We are a young family from the Ruhr area and enjoy very much our spare time in our holiday house. Since we unfortunately work in the city, our house is often empty. Use this time for relaxing moments and feel comfortable in this cosy holiday home.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und wohnliches Ferienhaus, das zur Erholung einlädt. Wer eine entspannte Auszeit in angenehmer Umgebung braucht ist hier genau richtig. Angenehme und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist geräumig und wunderbar kühl. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Habe Füchse, Hirsche und Eichhörnchen gesehen. Das nächste Mal bringen wir ein Fernglas mit. Das WLAN ist nicht unbegrenzt, aber wir Niederländer nutzen es sehr oft. Das wurde aber nach einem angenehmen Gespräch gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
