Description

Our newly build villa is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, cozy lounge, modern kitchen and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.

Sukošan is a small town (place) situated in a wide bay called Golden Harbour /Zlatna Luka,on a coastal Adriatic road 7 km south - east of Zadar. The economy is based on tourism, farming, vineyard farming, olive and fruit growing. The beginning of tourism started during the 20s of the last century. From that period it is visited by 500 tourists mostly from Czech Republic and Germany.. They were the ones who named the unique beach with shallow sea „Dječji raj“ (Children’s paradise)

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Haus, das super sauber und gepflegt ist. Alles was man für einen perfekten, angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden - auch in der Küche. Der nachts beleuchtete Pool ist super und sicher ein Highlight! Aber auch das Meer und der Strand sind zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Unser Hund hat sich über die Klimaanlagen im Haus sehr gefreut, da es für ihn draußen tagsüber einfach zu heiß war. Zadar ist für ein Abendessen auch in ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, so dass die Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt inmitten von Olivenbäumen sehr von Vorteil ist.
Für Fragen und Extra-Wünsche war Ivan jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich stets um alles vorbildlich gekümmert!
Bei einem weiteren Urlaub in Kroatien würden wir sicher wieder bei Ivan und Sanja anfragen!

Super schönes Haus, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants, Hafen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen fußläufig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mega nette Vermieter, der sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert hat und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Vielen lieben Dank für alles, Sanja und Ivan!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
