The sun-drenched holiday home, with a living space of approximately 80 sqm, features a large living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The entire property is about 380 sqm in size. Bright colors and a welcoming ambiance underscore the positive overall impression.
In the living room, there are two cozy sofas, a dining table for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV with a satellite antenna for receiving almost all German TV and radio programs. There is also a small stereo system with a CD player.
The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling-high wardrobes. In one en-suite bedroom, there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (single mattresses), and in the second bedroom, there are two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. The comfort mattresses provide a pleasant sleep. The third bedroom has a pull-out double bed and is thus suitable for another person or 2 children or teenagers.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink, and one with a shower. Here is also the washing machine. An iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer are also available for use.
From the living room, one bedroom, and the terrace, there is a sea view.
The outdoor area includes a large terrace, which is partially covered, providing shade as well. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, garden chairs and tables, and a portable grill.
Smoking inside the house is not desired out of consideration for other guests. Of course, smoking outside the house is possible.
The recently completed beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

The quietly located, comfortable holiday home is situated in a traffic-calmed zone and has been richly equipped. Cars are only allowed in this cul-de-sac for loading and unloading. You will find a parking space at approximately 90 meters away.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- If you cancel from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- If you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or trip termination, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
