The modern holiday home "Julie" for 2 - 6 persons scores with a heated pool and is situated at the end of the picturesque small town of Uzès.
The equipment is tasteful and high-quality and the complete house has a heating and air conditioning. The rooms are all at ground level. The entrance area with wardrobe goes directly into the large and bright living area, with comfortable couch set and a dining table for convivial evenings. The holiday home also has an open, well-equipped kitchen. To the left of the entrance there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet. Another bedroom is on the right side of the house and has its own bathroom with shower.
Very cozy holiday home even if the weather is not so good. The highlight for water rats is certainly the heated pool for sole use (open from May to the beginning of October). The closed property with 1000 m ² has a lockable gate, parking possibilities for two cars as well as a large terrace with sun loungers and sunshades.

Quiet rural location only 4 km from Uzès, with its large traditional market on Saturday. There is also a plant and food market on Wednesday mornings and a flea market on Sundays. The existing dining table with pergola and shady seats in the garden invite you to linger. The garden with Mediterranean plants, olives, oleanders and lavender borders on one side directly on the garrigue. There are neighbouring houses in a pleasant distance, so that the privacy is not disturbed.
