Cancellation policy
Just in case you don't turn up after the contract has been fixed you'll have to pay at least 50,- EUR of the deposit. If you cancel the contract 45 days before the arrival the rate ist 20 %, 30 days before 35 %, a fortnight before 50 % and one day before arrival the costs will be 80 % of the rent. Unless you send someone else or we are able to let the house to someone else.

Other recreational opportunities
The "Kuturstall" in the town centre offers a variety of cultural events around the year. Have a look at Neustrelitz' city centre, the Orangerie, the church or the Zoo. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities in this old resedential city.
Holiday destination
Our holiday house is located next to a lovely little forest just above Lake Userin. This lake is suitable for swimming, paddling or fishing. The river Havel runs through the lake and connects Userin with Berlin on water! More than 100 miles of cycling paths are waiting for you as well. Just relax, sun bathe or go swimming - what ever you like best in the summer. You like BBQ? No problem!
Getting there
Take the A24 from Hamburg, change to the A14 to Rostock and leave the motoway at exit Röbel towards Mirow. From Mirow you take the road to Neustrelitz and you'll find Userin on your way. From Berlin you take the A10 motorway, change to the B96 towards Neubrandenburg and in Neustrelitz you follow the Userin sign. In Userin you follow the signs "Ferienzentrum" and here you are!

Wir fühlten uns in dem sehrbehaglich eingerichteten, Kamin, Haus pudelwohl. Wir kommen möglichst bald wieder. Die Umgebung lädt einen regelrecht zum wandern, schwimmen, radfahren und wasserwandern, inklusiv toller Tierbeobachtungen, ein.

Moin! Kurzentschlossen haben wir gebucht und sind mit der erwünschten Ruhe, Familienzeit und malerischen Sonnenuntergängen bei unseren Angelausflügen belohnt worden. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen, hier kann man sich gut wohlfühlen. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu meckern, es ist technisch alles in Ordnung, in wünschenswertem Zustand und Geschirr etc. ist in absolut ausreichender Quantität + Qualität vorhanden (Das ist heutzutage - unserer Erfahrung nach - nicht selbstverständlich!) . Die Behaglichkeit im Haus kann man - zusätzlich - über das Beheizen des Kaminofens steuern, wovon wir gerne Gebrauch gemacht haben, da es im November schon etwas kühler wird. Hervorzuheben sind die telefonische Nachfrage der Eigentümer + die persönliche von Hrn. Maaß, ob alles i.O. ist - Daumen hoch!
