Cancellations and changes made within 60 days prior to your arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival, 40% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations made later will be charged 100% of the total cost. Changes, no-shows, and partial cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked services.

From Germany: via Salzburg, A10 Tauern motorway to the St. Michael exit (or in summer with heavy traffic: A10 exit Altenmarkt, towards Radstadt, over the Radstädter Tauern, Obertauern, Mauterndorf), continue towards Tamsweg then on to Predlitz – North ascent
From Switzerland: via Tyrol and Salzburg, A10 Tauern motorway - continue as above;
or via Bregenz, Lindau, Memmingen, Munich, Salzburg - continue as above;
or car-train Feldkirch - Villach, from Villach via Feldkirchen
