Villa Lavanda in the heart of Istria is newly built and modernly furnished. The outside has a closed and fenced garden with a large pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outside dining table.
There are 6 beautiful rooms, and with the sofa in the living room, the house has a capacity for 14 people. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, a large kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a second kitchen.
The interior is air-conditioned, the house has free WiFi for our guests and private parking is ensured.

The beaches are 20 minutes away (beaches in Rovinj, Porec). All places in Istria are a maximum of 30 minutes from Pazin, since Pazin is in the center of the peninsula.
Pazin, the nearest town is over 1000 years old. With a castle built on top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena. In the center of Pazin there is a self-produced food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river. A special attraction is a zip line and jump rope that go over the Pazin cave.
Zabrezani is a small village near the town of Pazin, in the centre of Istria. All around are forests and meadows, filled with good hiking and cycling trails. The village is easily accessible by car, as the motorway exit is only 10 minutes away.
The supermarket Plodine and supermarket Lidl are 15 minutes away. There are many good restaurants in the area (Motel Lovac, Konoba Beram...) and the gas station is nearby.

100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
