Ein sehr schönes Haus. Schöner Pool. Hausherr sehr nett. Ein paar Sachen gehören erneuert, wie zb. die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern (sind schon zerissen) usw. und in den Schlafräumen gehört unbedingt eine Klimaanlage. Im Wohnraum die Klima ist einfach zu wenig. Auto ist erforderlich. Und auch die beschreibung gehört geändert in Appartments den die ganze Villa ist nicht beziehbar (oberer Stock steht nicht zur Verfügung) Aber es waren super 14 Tage un der Villa Flavia.

Wir wurden sehr nett vom Sohn der Vermieterin empfangen, bei Fragen oder Problemen sollten wir ihn einfach anrufen und er würde vorbeikommen. Das Haus und Pool waren sehr sauber, wir waren zu dritt mit Hund und hatten beide Wohnungen für uns. Der Sohn kam regelmäßig vorbei um den Pool zu säubern und zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß gut in ca. 15-20 min erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein super angenehmer Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert!
