Villa Leona is located in the heart of Istria, on the edge of a small village Gajmovići. The house is newly built and modernly furnished. The enclosed and fenced private garden has a large swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outdoor table.
The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms, the house has a capacity for 10 people, while additional children's beds are available. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a room with a football table.
The first floor has 4 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each bedroom and the living room are air-conditioned.
There is also a swing and slide for children.
Private parking is guaranteed.
The house has free WiFi for our guests.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

Gajmovici is a small village near the town of Pazin, in the centre of Istria. All around are forests and meadows, filled with good hiking and cycling trails. The village is easily accessible by car as the motorway exit is 10 minutes away.
The supermarket Plodine and the supermarket Lidl are 10 minutes away. There are many good restaurants nearby.
The beaches are 15 minutes away (beaches in Rovinj, Poreč). All places in Istria are a maximum of 30 minutes away from Pazin as Pazin is located in the centre of the peninsula.

100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
