Welcome to Villa Ripenda! It is situated in a beautiful Istrian landscape, only a 15-minute drive from the tourist resort of Rabac and the most beautiful beaches of Istria. In the fenced private garden you can use the pool, deck chairs, charcoal grill and shady dining area.
Villa Ripenda has two separate air-conditioned apartments which are rented together. Perfect for groups who value privacy, but also enjoy spending time together. In the first apartment there is a kitchen and a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, and in the other another kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is room for up to 10 people. The house is beautiful, spacious and tidy.
A high chair and a cot are available if you need them.
Wifi and parking spaces are available.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

The small, quiet village of Ripenda Verbanci is situated on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, just a few minutes away by car. In Labin you will also find a petrol station, an ATM, a market and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat trips and great restaurants.

100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
