The small, quiet village of Ripenda Verbanci is situated on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea. The nearest supermarket is in Labin, just a few minutes away by car. In Labin you will also find a petrol station, an ATM, a market and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat trips and great restaurants.

Wir sind am 17.06.2023 mit 6 Erwachsenen,1 Kind und drei Hunden angereist. Der Empfang war schon sehr herzlich. Noch nicht richtig da,gab es eine Flasche Slipovic und eine Flasche Wein. Einen Tag später ein Stück Schinken. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Das gesamte Haus sehr sauber. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts ( so viel hatten wir noch nie). In der zweiten Woche haben die Vermieter für uns gekocht.....es war der Hammer. Immer wieder wurde gefragt,ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die beiden sind so herzlich. Wer die Ruhe mag,ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Es ist halt irgendwo im nirgendwo. Zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten (Lidl,Plodine und Spar). Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gut Eingerichtet und super sauber.Der Pool ist einfach Klasse .Es gibt im Garten genug Platz um zu Spielen. Wir haben 2 super schöne Wochen dort verbracht und möchten uns ganz lieb noch Mal bei unseren Vermietern bedanken .Sie waren immer für einen da und hatten immer einen Tip was es in der Umgebung interessantes gibt.Sie waren sehr freundlich und herzlich Danke für alles
