Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

A 500 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
For groups of young people under 30, the refundable damage deposit is 1.000 EUR.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.

Pool heating on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week.

Since Šikići are just a short drive away from the centre of Pula, all of the urban requirements are within reach – shops, banks, post offices, historical landmarks, restaurants and bars.
