Spend your holiday in our comfortable house located close to the center of the small village of Pianello del Lario . The property has been accurately furnished in a very pretty and warmly style. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bath rooms and three bedrooms. (Two with a double bed, one room with two single beds)
The house has a large terrace with pergola and a garden. Thanks to its position, every room has a stunning view on lake Como. The house is part of a gated community of 10 houses. Our house is the last house, a little up the hill, which makes is very quiet. There is a shared swimming pool (high and middle season). From garage (where we have 1 parking place) you can go directly to the house through a lift.

The house is located in the village just 3 minutes from a Grocer'shop and only 6 minutes on foot from the beach. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Also there are many places for activities nearby, like sail boat rent, motor boat rent, surf board rent, kite board rent, e-bike rent etc. Along the lake, there is a 5 km walking path.
There are five restaurants on the waterfront and 4 bars for a cappuccino or an evening drink, all within walking distance.
