Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Holiday destination
Pomer, a small seaside village with a population of around four hundred people, is just a few kilometers south from the largest Istrian city Pula and a short drive away from the nature park cape Kamenjak in Premantura. Pomer is situated by the Medulin Bay and it belongs to the Municipality of Medulin, one of the largest tourist centers of the Adriatic. On the beaches there are pine-shaded areas and a view of the surrounding islets.
