The holiday home, completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2017, offers space for 2 - 5 people all year round (85 sqm living space). The individual rooms of the house are flooded with light and designed in bright colours. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a spacious living-dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a south-west terrace.
A double bedroom and shower are on the ground floor, as well as a small dining room or games room; another double bedroom as well as a single bedroom and a second shower are on the upper floor.
In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer and a large fridge and freezer as well.
We have a beach chair on the beach and a light handcart for you.

Our house is located above the marina with its restaurants and cafes. Here you will also find the surf point with various water sports such as sailing and surfing school, but also beach volleyball. But it is also a popular meeting place for people of all ages to relax with a drink. The beach and the 3.5 km long promenade are only about 5 minutes away. You can play golf in Grömitz or go on wonderful cycling tours.
