Cancellation policy
A cancellation of the rental contract by the tenant must be made in writing.
In the event of cancellation by the renter, the landlord shall endeavour to rent the property to a substitute renter under the same conditions. If this is possible, only the administrative costs of up to €50.00 will be charged. Otherwise, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% Of the rental fee
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
Prepaid service charges for cleaning, water and local taxes as well as, if booked, for pets, WiFi and bed linen will be fully refunded to the renter.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example http://www.reiseversicherung.de.

Holiday destination
The wellness hut is located at an altitude of 1800m on the Heidialm at Falkert in the middle of the Carinthian Nockberge mountains.
In summer the surrounding alpine landscape of the Nockberge mountains is an ideal hiking area for families. In addition, Falkert's central location makes it an ideal place to discover Carinthia situated in the valley.
In winter our guests appreciate that the family and recreational ski area Heidialm Skipark/Ski Resort Falkert is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the Heidialm is an ideal destination for families with children - as well as for true connoisseurs.
Getting there
The Falkert family mountain is easy to find
From the north (Germany, Switzerland and Western Austria ) A 10 Tauern autobahn to the Spittal/Millstätter See exit (note, exit is on the left side of the autobahn) - Seeboden - Döbriach - Radenthein - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Wiedweg - Patergassen - towards Ebene Reichenau - turnoff to Falkertsee on the left side up the hill - you can't miss us at the end of the road!
Coming from the east, we recommend the southern autobahn or driving via Judenburg, Murau, and via Turracher Höhe.
By train: From points north in Germany, Switzerland and western Austria, the destination station is Spittal an der Drau/Milstätter See. Coming from the direction of Vienna - St. Veit and der Glan.
By plane: Via Klagenfurt or Salzburg airport. From Klagenfurt the remaining journey takes about 1 hour. From Salzburg about 2 hours.
