We are a family business with one apartment and four double and family rooms. Our House is located in the middle of green mountain grasslands on the sunny side of Maria Alm. In the winter you can drive directly from the house with the skis to the lift, when we have good snow.

Our house is in the near from the ski slop. When we have a good snow conditions you can reached the Abergbahn with the ski.
Our House is about 2,5 km from the town away. You can go hiking, skiing or cycling directly from the property. In Maria Alm there are in the summer and in the winter many excursions. The swimming bath from Maria Alm is 3 km from the house.
Von Salzburg kommend über Lofer, durch Saalfelden und dann sind es noch ca. 8 km nach Maria Alm.
