The attractive apartment, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom, is located above the bay of Pareti. The interiors exude a Mediterranean flair, particularly through the stone cladding of the walls commonly used in Tuscany. From the large terrace, there is a fantastic view of the bay of Pareti with its beach. The apartment is just a few meters from the beach. A private staircase leads down to the beach in a few minutes. In the evening, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine on the apartment's own terrace. The Villa Tina apartment is situated on the lower level of a two-apartment house. Both apartments are completely separate and have their own access.

The beautiful sandy beach (sand with fine gravel) of Pareti is just a few meters away via a stone staircase. The gently sloping beach into the sea is particularly suitable for families with children. The beach offers usual services such as sun lounger rental, bar, restaurant, and paddle boat hire. However, it is not one of the very large beaches like Lido di Capoliveri. Pareti is located in the south of the island of Elba and administratively belongs to Capoliveri, the popular hilltop village.

In the event that you cannot start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the necessary deadlines for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance that also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.
