The beautiful and bright penthouse apartment with balcony is located in a quiet street, only 15 minutes walk from the Vatican. The view over the roofs and domes of Rome to St. Peter's is impressive.
The interior of the apartment is modern with oriental accents, the highlight is a chromotherapy whirlpool in the bedroom.
The recently completely renovated apartment is designed for two people, but can also accommodate three or four people by prior arrangement. It has a bedroom with double bed (queen size 150 x 200) and WC, a living and dining room with kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower cubicle.
The location on the 8th floor (lift available) and the large windows offer a unique panoramic view over the rooftops of Rome, from sunrise to sunset, impressive even when the sun is not shining. The balcony is ideal for breakfast, dinner or just a glass of wine to say goodbye to the day.

The highlight of a visit to Rome can be a guided tour through the Eternal City or a visit to the Opera di Roma, an experience even for those who are not fans of classical music. I will be happy to help you with your reservation!
The penthouse apartment is located in "Prati delle Vittorie", a classic Roman residential area bordering the Vatican, where you will find innumerable shops, cafés and restaurants. Although the nearby Vatican also attracts many tourists, it has not lost its Roman character and most of the places are mainly frequented by locals.
A shopping mile especially famous for its clothing shops is Via Cola di Rienzo. It begins in Piazza del Risorgimento, in the middle between the apartment and the Vatican.
The metro station Ottaviano is only 7 minutes walk away and offers connections to more distant parts of the city. There are also several buses in different directions. The Piazza Navona in the heart of the old town can also be reached on foot, the distance is 2.5 km.

For cancellations up to two weeks prior to arrival, a handling fee of 70 € will be charged. In the case of cancellations at short notice, 50% of the total overnight price must be paid.
