This holiday home near Hoge Hil impresses with its immediate proximity to the beach. Just 250 meters separate you from a wonderful beach walk. The living room is equipped with double doors that open up to the terrace, which, like the entrance, is located on the front side of the house. This house offers a toilet on each floor and there is a selection of 10 German-language TV channels. You can park your car in front of the house. From June, there will be a new owner, dogs will be allowed, and you can rent a beach hut from the owner (additional costs apply for both).

From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp ring road, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Just after the border, then follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58).
From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder interchange, then the A17 to the de Poel interchange, then the A58 to Vlissingen.
From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to the N57 towards Domburg.
On the N57, simply follow the signs towards Domburg.

7. Cancellation by the tenant
a. Any cancellation must be communicated to SSH first by telephone and then in writing.
b. For cancellations made after 8 days and up to 3 months before the rental period begins, 15% of the basic rent will be charged.
c. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the rental period begins.
d. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the rental period begins.
e. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the rental period begins or if the rental period has already started.
f. In the event of a cancellation, the agency fee and the associated cancellation costs of €28 will be charged.
