Awaiting your arrival is a beautiful estate with a well-maintained garden and a magnificent panorama of the surrounding Chianti hills. The holiday apartment is approximately 70 m² in size and entirely on the ground floor. Relax in the cozy eat-in kitchen and living area (open fireplace, double sofa bed, SAT-TV). The kitchen area is well-equipped and modern, with direct access to the panoramic terrace. Access is also available to the first bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin in a small anteroom. From the hallway, you enter the twin bedroom, the double bedroom, and the second shower bathroom. In front of the entrance, there is a private, covered terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, as well as a grill from where you can enjoy the magnificent view.
Only the pool (approx. 12 x 6.5 m) with a "waterfall edge," interior stairs, colorful night lighting, and massage jets is for shared use, as well as a Jacuzzi, table tennis, foosball, parking spaces, some bikes, and a washing machine.
