The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn. He lived there with his family and his employees. In GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated house and rent out the two apartments on the upper floor and attic.

Whether shopping, sightseeing or working - the centre of Leipzig is only 15 km away. The best way to reach the market place is by S-Bahn in only 16 minutes. You are also welcome to use the tram to discover even more of Leipzig or to take a relaxed ride in by car. The sporty ones can ride their bicycles along the well developed cycle paths next to the river `Weißen Elster´ and over the forest `Auenwald´ to Leipzig.
Villa Romahn is located in a green oasis surrounded by old trees on a park-like property in the centre of Schkeuditz and just outside Leipzig. You will find all shops for your daily needs on the Rathausplatz, only 200 m away.
From here you can optimally start your excursions into the surroundings:
Leipzig, Halle, Magdeburg, Dresden, Berlin, Erzgebirge ...
From the direction of Berlin or Munich via the A9 exit Schkeuditz.
From direction Magdeburg or Dresden via A14 - A9 exit Schkeuditz.
By train: Leipzig railway station - tram to Schkeuditz.
By plane: Leipzig/Halle Airport

Up to 4 weeks before arrival 25% of the sum is due for payment.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50%.

Up to 3 days before arrival 100% due for payment.
