The two-storey holiday home features a large and bright living room, which connects the living room and kitchen as the central living space in the house. The over four-metre-high ceiling rounds off the excellent indoor climate. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are spacious and furnished with double beds. The bedroom on the top floor with its slopes is the perfect "play cave" for children or a large room in which another two to four adults can stay overnight. In one of the two full bathrooms feature a large, comfortable bathtub, which invites you to relax. The large terrace with barbecue facilities, a forest sofa and the high-quality furnishings round off the upscale accommodation.
Enjoy the comfortable bathtub in the holiday home, the spacious rooms and the property grounds. The view from the forest and the Pulvermaar is the perfect invitation to unwind and slow down. While at the same time, many attractions and excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity.

The Pulvermaar nature reserve is located on the edge of the property with a beautiful forest and a natural swimming pool (easily accessible by foot, bike or car). The holiday village is very quietly situated on the edge of the forest. A goat cheese farm, nice cafes and restaurants are within walking distance or can be reached from the surrounding villages. The Vulkaneifel district, the Moselle River region and the attractions in the surroundings provide you with a great variety of things to see and do.

Take the BAB A1 to the exit Mehren (No. 121) and then continue on the B421 in the direction of Mehren/Zell/Mosel. There are signposts for the Pulvermaar and for the holiday resort.
