The old stone house Katarina, suitable for 4-5 people, is situated in a quiet location in the small village of Klimno on the island of Krk, just 70 meters from the beach. The house has been newly renovated and offers 70 m² over two floors. There is a 300 m² garden with a garden terrace and a pool. On the first floor, there is a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms with a terrace. Villa Katarina is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, and parking.
