Cancellation policy
Cancellation and interruption of stay :
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental without naming a new tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is to pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation possible
we count you only administratio charge acording general Terems and policies
-up to 43 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 29 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- No show or interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the full booking amount.
(2) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day on which the declaration is received by the landlord is decisive.
ANNOTATION:
If the arrival of tourists is not possible due to force majeure and crossing the Croatian border is not possible due to the Covid pandemic, the guest will receive a full refund / may postpone the arrival date or accept a voucher for the next year

The Biokovo mountain range is a massive massif. It culminates in the Sveti Juraj with a height of 1762m, at a width of only seven kilometers. You can almost reach the summit by car.
There are very attractive day trips by boat to Bol on Brac and to Hvar.

You will be located in the Makarska area outside the city with a beautiful view of the sea and islands in front of Makarska and at the foot of the Biokovo Nature Park which you can always visit and enjoy the untouched nature with the new attraction Sky walk.
The nearest supermarket is 800 meters away. The beautiful pebble beaches of Makarska are 2 km away. Ideal place for romantic and relaxing holidays away from crowds and noise. There is also a fantastic Panorama Grill restaurant nearby with organized transfer.

Das Haus befindet sich in perfekter Lage, um den Sonnenuntergang über den Inseln zu beobachten. Stipe war ein perfekter Gastgeber mit vielen lokalen Informationen. Wir hatten einen äußerst erholsamen Urlaub mit genau der richtigen Menge an Faulenzen, sehr wenig zu tun und die Gegend zu erkunden.

Nice villa with a very beautiful seaview and perfect equipment. Our host was very helpful and very friendly. She organized for us everything we needed. Place is really amazing.
