Cancellation policy
If you want to withdraw from the contract, this cancellation must be made in writing and will be confirmed by us in writing. An attempted call for the purpose of cancellation without written contact with us and a related no-show does not cancel an existing contract and obliges you to pay 90% of the amount shown in the offer and the booking confirmation. If we are able to rent the apartment to other guests after your cancellation, we charge 50% instead of 90% due to the organisational and administrative effort. This is legally safeguarded by the recommendations of the DeHoGa, the DTV and the tourist information responsible for us. Our recommendation: Please take out travel cancellation insurance with your insurance company.

Cycle paths and footpaths start right outside the front door in a fantastic landscape at the Attel and Inn. You can enjoy relaxing peace in unspoilt nature along the stream and watercourses.
Holiday destination
Recommended excursions: The Bavarian Alpine foreland and its lakes invite you to go swimming, hiking and cycling. The historical Inn (river) cities of Burghausen, Mühldorf, Wasserburg or Rosenheim are ideal for strolling or shopping. 6 golf courses, tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness studios, riding facilities, bike paths and the peace and quiet in the nearby forests and fields are also available. All winter sports opportunities are easy and quick to reach.
Getting there
A9, Munich - Exit Haar on the 304 in the direction of Ebersberg - a good 1 km after Kirchseeon - Grafing junction - in Grafing (centre) turn left in a sharp right-hand bend - drive towards Rott via Haging - Jackobneuharting and after 2 km turn towards Rettenbach. Second house on the left.

We have successfully modeled the apartment in a dreamlike setting of African lodges. Maria was dismissed from her job in 2016. Her image should remain unchanged, since she was fully involved in the matter during her lifetime.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Herzblut eingerichtet. Man kann den Traum von Aftrika in jedem Detail spüren. Es ist dort sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Herr Eitermoser ist ganz toller und sehr herzlicher Vermieter. Er stand uns mit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und er gab uns etliche Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns prima erholt und werden uns bestimmt einmal wieder sehen. Bis dahin bleiben Sie schön gesund Herr Eitermoser und danke nochmal für die schöne Zeit. Ihre Hendrichs aus Dessau-Roßlau.

Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet, auf jedes Detail ist geachtet, alles ist wunderbar durchdacht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Eine ruhige, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Garten und Terrasse. Herr Eitermoser war ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und sachkundig. Alle Empfehlungen waren hilfreich und präzise.
