If you want to withdraw from the contract, this cancellation must be made in writing and will be confirmed by us in writing. An attempted call for the purpose of cancellation without written contact with us and a related no-show does not cancel an existing contract and obliges you to pay 90% of the amount shown in the offer and the booking confirmation. If we are able to rent the apartment to other guests after your cancellation, we charge 50% instead of 90% due to the organisational and administrative effort. This is legally safeguarded by the recommendations of the DeHoGa, the DTV and the tourist information responsible for us.

We, Maria and Franz Eitermoser, are on the edge of retirement and have created a small, unique paradise for our guests. We have successfully modeled the apartment in a dreamlike setting of African lodges. Maria was dismissed from her job in 2016. Her image should remain unchanged, since she was fully involved in the matter during her lifetime.
