The holiday apartment Melanie is situated on a private property of 400 m² and features a sunny enclosed garden. The apartment was renovated in 2024 and furnished with a cozy sitting area, a dining table for 5 people, a television, and free internet access in the house. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and is fully furnished.
All 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (mattress 90/200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
The new bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, mirror, and a shower. In the shed, there is a washing machine and freezer available. The outdoor terrace is furnished with garden furniture.

Bungalow Park "De Keizerskroon" is a peaceful, spacious park and is very child-friendly. Nearby, you'll find the beach and the sea. In spring, there are also beautiful flower fields to admire. Additionally, there is a golf course (A Status) Par 70 and a subtropical swimming pool. Heading towards Den Helder, you'll find the departure point to the island of Texel, the Maritime Museum, and the International Rescue Operations Museum. In Huisduinen, you can visit Napoleon's Fort Kijkduin Museum and the North Sea Aquarium.
During the high season, the arrival and departure day is Friday, with arrival after 3:30 PM and departure before 10:00 AM. Midweek or weekend stays are available upon request but not possible during holiday periods.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel 2 months or more before your rental period, we charge 30% of the total amount.
75% of the total amount if cancelled within 2 months before the start of your rental period.
100% of the total amount if cancelled within one month before the start of your rental period.
