Cancellation policy
We always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
The prospective tenant or tenant can cancel in writing at any time. But this does not cancel the obligation to pay the agreed upon price. The prospective tenant or tenant is released from this obligation if the apartment/holiday home can be re-rented at the same conditions or if the tenant finds a replacement tenant. If there are special reasons, the replacement person may be refused rental. If the property cannot be re-rented, we will refund the costs for energy, linens and personnel costs. This is 10 percent of the rental price in our general experience and fundamental decisions. If you cancel before the rental period starts, 90% of the rent will be retained or charged.

Holiday destination
Campen is a small village in the North Sea municipality of Krummhörn. Rolls are sold in "Lüttje Laden"; Pewsum (approx. 8 km), with its supermarkets, is recommended for shopping.
Campen is only 2 km away from the North Sea and the Wadden Sea world heritage site. Ferries to the islands can be reached in 40 minutes; the seaport town of Emden is just 15 minutes away.

Urlaub im Denkmal ist hier Programm: das Huus-Campen ist ein mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von hier aus kann man schöne ausgedehnte Radtouren unternehmen, der höchste Leuchtturm Deutschlands ist gleich in der Nähe (2km). Es gibt einige attraktive Ziele in der Nähe (Emden, Greetsiel, Pilsum etc.) und auch der Fährhafen in Norddeich ist gut zu erreichen, um die Inseln Nordeney und Juist zu besuchen.
Die Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort hat perfekt geklappt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sogar noch zusätzliche Fahrräder für uns Vier organisiert.
