Access to the sheltered southwest terrace is via the living room. All windows providing rolling shutters, wireless LAN is available.

From around mid-April to around the end of September, a separate beach chair on the beautiful sandy beach in Hooksiel is available as an additional service free of charge (in the area of the textile beach, subject to wind and weather).
An own beach chair at the textile bathing beach Hooksiel, in the Appartment: dishwasher, roller shutter, wireless LAN, parking place directly at the house, storage facilities for bicycles or stroller, garden use possible, non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
It is possible to book a laundry package for an additional charge. This package costs 18.00 EUR per person and includes 1x bedclothes (including pillowcase and duvet cover as well as Bedsheet), 1x hand towel and 1x Shower towel
The towels are only approved for use in the apartment. Please bring your own tea towels if required.
Vacation with children/toddler ist possible - baby travel cot, high chair, as well as children's dishes and cutlery are available.

The apartment is located centrally with short distances, each about 1.5 km to the beautiful sandy beach and the pedestrian zone. The Hooksieler Binnentief with marina and its various water sports offers is also quickly reached after approx. 1.7 km. In addition, you can visit the local sea water indoor wave pool, located around 700 m away, with a large indoor pool, a toddler pool and a sauna area. In addition, the cities of Jever and Wilhelmshaven are only a few minutes away by car and always invite you to stroll through the city.
Hooksiel is a dike opening town with a cute pedestrian area, an old harbor, and a spaciously sandy beach area. A supermarket as well as several bakeries and varied restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment. There is also an extensive range of water sports, including water skiing and a surf school.

You can withdraw from the rental contract in writing (by letter or email) prior the start of the rental period. The time of receipt of the declaration shall be decisive.
If you withdraw from the rental contract, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price (at least € 25.00)
Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Afterwards and in the event of non-appearance: 90% of the rental price
We recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance.
