Up to 4 guests can enjoy our cozy holiday apartment of approximately 65 m² (2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen-living room, and 1 bathroom) at the entrance of the Zillertal (Gagering/Fügen) in a sunny and central location.
A crib is available for the little ones.
The kitchen with dining area is equipped with hot plates, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and much more.
The bathroom has a bathtub to relax in after strenuous ski days or hiking days.
You can park directly in front of the door.
There is also a storage room for skis, ski boots, sleds, bicycles, and a ski boot dryer for your ski boots.

In both summer and winter, our area offers numerous activities.
Whether hiking, cycling, swimming, climbing, tennis, skiing, sledding, or ice skating, everyone has fun with us!
In the neighboring village is the natural swimming lake with a great children's playground. It is located directly on the bike-hiking trail and is therefore easy to reach (also by car).
From our holiday apartment, you can reach a grocery store in about 400 meters. A restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner is approximately a 5-minute walk away, or you can find numerous inns in Fügen just 2 km away. Clothing stores, pharmacies, banks, post offices, sports shops, etc., are also only 2 km away.
The bike path runs directly past your holiday apartment.
Nearby, there is also a train and bus station, as well as a ski bus stop in the winter.
Take the A12 motorway exit Wiesing towards Zillertal - through the Brettfall tunnel on the B 169 to Gagering/Fügen - pass the beginning of Fügen (Hofer grocery discounter) and after 100 m take the next exit on the right - then turn right again immediately - you will find us 150 m further on the right side (Platzer Lebensräume).
