Cancellation policy
A main arrival and departure of Saturday would be desirable. However, it is also possible on request day by day. NEW: in case of a new COVID-19 epidemic and official travel restrictions in Greece or your home country we refund the total of all payments independent of the cancellation day. If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations between 6 weeks and up to 24 hours upon arrival, a 80% cancellation fee will be charged. If canceled shorter than 24 hours upon arrival full rental is charged and no refund is granted.

In the spring and late autumn, Crete has a great climate and invites to hikes, long beach walks and archaeological discoveries. In summer, the beach and the sea attracts with its water sports activities. We are happy to inform you about excursion possibilities via e-mail or on the spot.
Holiday destination
The village of Kalo Chorio, which still offers traditional Cretan village life, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The beach and nearest place for shopping and eating is Gouves, located 8km from the house. The Cretan Golf Course is a 15 minutes drive away and if you feel like having a night out, you can be in the center of Chersonissos in 25 minutes. We strongly recommend renting a car!

Only possible by car! We will gladly give you detailed directions or a meeting point before your arrival.

Alles hat super funktionieren: Der Kontakt war problemlos jederzeit möglich, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Hund bekommt eine passende Sofadecke. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, den Sommer ein wenig zu verlängern!

Wir haben uns in den fast 3 Wochen mehr als wohl gefühlt,diese wunderbare Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen.Sehr netter Kontakt zu Frau Fojtl und zu Kosta - absolut weiter zu empfehlen.Im nahegelegenen kleinen Bergdorf gibt es eine tolle Taverne - super Essen und sehr freundliche Leute - Preis /Leistung einfach unschlagbar.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
