On the ground floor of our holiday home, you will find the entrance area with a coat rack, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. The living room boasts a fantastic, cozy couch (new acquisition in 2021), a Danish stove, and satellite TV. Access to the balcony. A room with a double bed (new since March 2023) and a bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC separate;
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 double beds, one with a double bed and 2 single beds. Plus a bathroom with shower and WC.
The wellness area was newly built in 2016!
In the "old" outbuilding, you will find a modern and comfortable retreat of 50m² with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and relaxation room! Rain shower and toilet separate.
For self-caterers, the baker delivers fresh rolls every morning! The fantastic secluded location and the wonderful view offer pure relaxation! The adjacent forest invites you to "relax"! "Wellness" and relaxation at the highest level!

Vacation in the Hohe Tauern National Park region. In a romantic secluded location, on the sunny side of Hollersbach, you'll find our cozy holiday home.
The apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions and hikes into the surrounding valleys and mountains.
The bathing lake ensures fun in the water, mountain bikers are thrilled, and even on rainy days, there's no boredom in Pinzgau.
The apartment is about 1 km away from the valley station of the Panorama Lift.
Coming from Mittersill/Pass Thurn:
Take the B 165 Gerlos road towards Krimml, 5 km after Mittersill, take the second exit for Hollersbach on the right. About 200 meters over the Salzach bridge, continue through the underpass of the federal road, then turn right immediately (Grubing service road)
150 meters, take the first exit on the right. Schuhbichl service road. In about 700 meters to the end of the road, turn right. You have reached your destination.
