The small village of Subbiano is 3 km away. Villa and the equipment. The villa is equipped with luxury amenities, air conditioning, billiard room, large well-equipped kitchen with internal barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access, satellite TV. Furnishing, composed of local antiques, offers countless corners to relax and enjoy a good book: in the large living room on the ground floor with the old fireplace, in the intimate sitting room on the first floor, or under the beautiful porch, where a duly equipped area offers the opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining.
