This wonderful holiday apartment is located on the second and third floor of a beautiful, lovingly restored farmhouse and offers you an unforgettable view of the Alps and the lake.
The light-flooded second floor contains:
A living/cooking/dining area as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table that seat up to eight people. The beautiful and spacious living area features a Smart TV and desk. From the living room, you can access the east-facing balcony, which is equipped with beautiful garden furniture.
Bathroom: the modern, high-quality bathroom has a free-standing bathtub, double sink, and shower.
Toilet: separate with urinal.
A staircase leads to the third floor:
Bedroom 1: bedroom with double bed, nice reading corner, Smart TV and balcony access.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, perfect for children.
The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of the oldest house in Holzhausen, whichi is right in the town centre. The farm was actually supposed to be demolished, but the new owners were able to prevent this in 2008 and then lovingly renovated it over the years. Here, you will find tradition and modernity, high-quality materials, and, above all, plenty of fresh Bavarian air.

Holzhausen is the picturesque district of Utting on the western shore of Lake Ammersee. The Ammersee, once dismissed as a “farmer’s lake” located next to the more elegant Starnberger See, has long since become a real insider tip. Here you will find peace, originality, agriculture, tradition, and culture. Holzhausen itself is a renowned artists’ village with plenty of mysterious nooks and crannies.
Are you travelling by train? Utting has a train station on the Schongau line. Utting stop.
By car? On the A96, take the Greifenberg exit. Continue on the country road towards Dießen, and take the Holzhausen exit.
By plane? We will be happy to pick you up, or you can rent a car.
