In the event of a withdrawal from the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- for cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 44th to the 20th day before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 19th to the 8th day before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
- for cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price

The Captain's House is located in the car-free village center of Betina (parking available nearby), about 200m from the sea. Murter offers you pure holiday romance: many beaches & coves, countless water sports opportunities, great restaurants, island & city excursions. Also, famous attractions such as the KRKA waterfalls, national parks, and the beautiful cities of Zadar, Split, Trogir, and Sibenik are easily accessible.
And the best part: Murter is easily accessible by car without a ferry!
Getting there
By plane, car, bus, train.
Highway exit Pirovac/Otok Murter/Kornati to Murter Island ~18 km. The island is connected to the mainland in Tisno by a short bridge, giving you the island feeling without complicated ferry connections.

Uhrzeit für die Schlüsselübergabe im Vorfeld ausgemacht, wir würden super freundlich empfangen haben das ganze Haus gezeigt bekommen und bei Fragen zum Haus, der Umgebung oder irgendwelchen Ausflügen wurde uns immer super freundlich weiter geholfen.Das Haus ist wunderschön und total Nah an Strand und Stadt .... hier würde ich immer wieder her kommen :)

Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, sauber. Einfach etwas ganz Besonderes! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Parksituation ist nicht ganz ideal und es müsste noch einen 2. Stellplatz geben, falls 2 Familien sich das Haus teilen. Ansonsten super!
