Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made by guests on or after the 29th day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before set arrival date: 30 % of agreed total price
Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before set arrival date: 50 % of agreed total price
Cancellations made less than 7 days before set arrival date: 70 % of agreed total price
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price of the complete stay is charged.
Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.

Holiday destination
One of our house's benefits is its central location in the middle of the tourist centre of Steinhaus im Ahrntal/Cadipietra. The farm, which is surrounded by flat meadows, is situated at a height of 1050m on the edge of the village. It is also close to the starting point of the skiing and hiking paradise Klausberg, where a wide range of leisure facilities is offered in summer as well as in winter.
Getting there
By car:
Arrival from Innsbruck, Austria: Take the Brennerautobahn (A22) to the Brixen / Pustertal exit, then continue along SS49 – E66 into the Pustertal. Distance Brixen – Ahrntal: 50 km
Arrival from Lienz, Austria: From East Tyrol over the Austrian-Italian border (B100 – E66), then continue along the SS49 – E66 into the Pustertal to Bruneck. Distance Bruneck – Ahrntal: 25 km – In Steinhaus: Parking area of Klausberg Cableways, follow the sign to Bruggerhof am Klausberg
By train:
Comfortable international rail connections with Italian, Austrian and German railways to Fortezza / Franzensfeste for transfer to the local Pustertal line. Railway station / stop: Bruneck or Bruneck Nord. All towns in Ahrntal may also be reached by bus (Ahrntal – Kasern/Casere – „Oberhollenzer“) Bus stop: Steinhaus (in winter also: Steinhaus – Klausberg Cableways)

Schönes, neues Haus, ruhig gelegen auf leichter Anhöhe mit Blick übers Tal. Neue Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen Selbstverpflegeraufenthalt braucht (Küchenutensilien auch neu). Gemütliche Betten, viel Holz in Wohn-/Esszimmer und Bad. Freundliche Vermieter, ein kostenloser Sauna-Abend (den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da wir wandern waren). Als Katzenfreunde haben wir uns auch über den Besuch der drei Bauernhofkatzen gefreut. Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig zu vielen, sehr schönen Wanderwegen im Ahrntal selbst, aber auch der Antholzer See ist mit dem Auto noch gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!
