The romantic house is nestled amidst rolling hills. It's only about a 12-minute direct drive to the coast at Ventimiglia and approximately 7 km to the center of Soldano. The living area is elegantly and very comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, the cozy living area with an open fireplace, and the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Large panoramic windows offer a fantastic view of the surroundings, and doors lead out to the surrounding terraces, which are bathed in sunlight throughout the day. Two bedrooms (each with two single beds) and a shower room are located on the upper floor.
Nestled into one of the terraces is the heated 9 x 4 m pool.
Parking is available on the property.
