The villa is situated on a very beautiful and large property with a view of the Kooibusch nature reserve located behind the park. It underwent extensive renovations both inside and out in the spring of 2018 after a change of ownership.
The new, very well-equipped kitchen features a highlight—a 5-burner gas stove with an electric oven. The dining area with its 2x1 m solid wood table and 6 cantilever chairs is a cozy meeting spot for meals or just to sit together comfortably. In the living area, the 2 glass-fronted cabinets and the table, renovated in a vintage look, catch the eye.
The upper floor has been given a new vinyl floor with a wood look, and 6 individual box spring beds are spread across 3 bedrooms. Minor renovations have also been made in the bathroom.
Another highlight is the sunny garden facing south, open to the nature reserve (bounded at the rear end by a ditch), where one can relax while observing nature. The garden naturally includes a patio table with enough chairs and a large parasol—but an awning is also available. In the garden shed, there are various loungers that can be set up on the wooden platform at the edge of the ditch or on the large lawn, as the guests prefer. The garden is enclosed at the front and to the right and left sides with hedges and/or fences.

The holiday home is located in the bungalow park De Buitenplaats!
It's just under 1 km on foot to the beautiful wide and kilometers-long sandy beach. The distance to the baker, butcher, or supermarket is similar.

Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the vacationer must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date itself.
2.
The compensation will be refunded proportionally, minus the
administrative costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the vacationer and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the
period.
