The tranquil park complex with the reception is situated around a small lake with an island and is exclusively accessible to guests and residents. The park caters to both young and old, whether singles or families, those seeking peace, beach lovers, or nature enthusiasts. In the center, on an island, there's a playground. Here, young children can delightfully enjoy with their parents attractions such as the pirate ship, the soccer field, table tennis, pétanque, and much more. It's possible to go cycling, but also fishing by the water's edge, simply enjoying!
Near the holiday home in Callantsoog, there are wonderful facilities and many activities are organized. In Callantsoog, for instance, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a cozy snack and drink. A supermarket is just around the corner for all your groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized in the summer, such as horseback riding or kitesurfing at the local kitesurfing school. The numerous hiking and biking trails through the beautiful dune area will lead you to nearby places like Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date itself.
2.
The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus
administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the period.
