Albicocca is a 2-room apartment with approximately 45 m² of living space, located on the second floor. The apartment includes a modern and open living, dining, and kitchen area with a double sofa bed, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine available for all guests. A parking space for your car right in front of the house is provided. A beautiful private balcony and a large garden are also included.
It is the perfect starting point for both a lake holiday and a hiking vacation.

A public swimming pool is located only about 600 meters away from the apartment. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts and mountain bike fans, but also just to enjoy the climate and the friendly locals. Several hiking trails are right on your doorstep, where you can explore the beautiful landscape with or without a pet.
The house is located in a peaceful setting in Piovere (a district of Tignale). This town center offers a grocery store, a café, a restaurant/pizzeria, and a public pool. Gardola (the center of Tignale) and the beach of Tignale are just 6 km from the apartment.
