A wonderful green and sunny garden, secluded and completely private, reveals the beautiful stone villa with private pool. 5000 square meters of private garden are reserved for you only. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. There is a large charcoal grill in the garden, and a swing, slide, and seesaw ideal for children.
There are 2 bathrooms and 3 beautiful bedrooms, and together with the living room sofa, there is room for up to 8 people. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery.
Private and secure parking spaces are guaranteed.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

This villa is located in a small Istrian village Šumber, 10 km from the sea. Nearby is a small resort Rabac, where there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. At a distance of three kilometers from the house, there are several restaurants and agrotourism, a small village of St. Nedeja with shops, and the old town of Labin, where various events take place throughout the year.
